Access

No public sign-up. Only people the company has registered can get in. There is no way to join from the outside.
Runs on the company's own servers. Not a shared consumer service, and not somebody else's cloud.
Every account is verified. Sign-in goes through the phone number on file, confirmed by SMS each time a new device appears.
